Points to note:
In its new home in the Titanic Quarter, the PRONI (just about everyone calls it "proh-nee", or, if you prefer, the pee-ar-oh-en-eye) is a much nicer research experience than its predecessor in South Belfast. The new cafe in particular is a massive improvement on the old "eetin' hoose" (to use its Ulster Scots title).
Very close to the Odyssey Arena, which has a huge car park in front of it.
